The Association Partners, Inc. Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly platform designed to facilitate engagement with your community association. The application provides functionalities such as making payments, viewing account details, and accessing community information—all within a centralized interface.

Existing users with login credentials for the association’s website can access the app using the same email address and password. New users can register by clicking the registration button and submitting their details. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to set your password, enabling direct login from the app.

For users who have an account but have forgotten their password, the "Forgot Password" feature allows request submission via email. A reset link will be sent, enabling you to establish a new password and subsequently access your account.

Once logged in, homeowners can benefit from the following features:

• Seamlessly switch between multiple property accounts
• Access a personalized Homeowner Dashboard
• Review association documents and directories
• View community photos
• Utilize the Contact Us page
• Make assessment payments easily
• Manage violations by adding comments and capturing photos directly from a mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with supporting images and attachments
• View comprehensive homeowner ledger details
• Submit work orders and monitor their progress, including adding comments and attaching photos from mobile devices
